Description

Ronchi di Cialla’s Verduzzo di Cialla is a sweet white made from Verduzzo Friulano, associated with the Cernetigh vineyard in Prepotto. Its hillside soils are formed from Eocene marl, with a south-southeast exposure between 180 and 225 metres. Maturation in oak is followed by further ageing in bottle. In the winery’s general description, golden colour shows amber highlights, while the aromas suggest honey, acacia blossom and apricot. The palate is full, warm and rounded. Biscuits and desserts without cream feature among the producer’s suggested pairings.
