Description

Ronco dei Tassi’s Malvasia Collezione di Famiglia comes from Monte Quarin at Cormòns, where marl and sandstone soils support south- and southeast-facing vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand from vines trained using the double-arched cane system. Following crushing and destemming, fermentation begins in contact with the skins and continues in oak tonneaux. The wine then remains on its fine lees during maturation. This cuvée belongs to the family selection of whites made in years considered particularly successful, with a production approach that places time and gradual development at its centre.
