Description

Ronco dei Tassi’s Pinot Bianco Collezione di Famiglia originates on the higher slopes of Monte Quarin and the hills surrounding Cormòns. Guyot-trained vines grow on marl and sandstone of Eocene origin, with southern and southeastern exposures. Harvesting is carried out by hand. After destemming and gentle pressing, the juice is cooled and clarified through natural settling. Fermentation takes place in oak barriques, followed by maturation on the fine lees in wood. The wine forms part of a collection that gives selected white wines an extended period of maturation before release.
