Description

Ronco del Gnemiz’s Rosso Pupillo 2023 brings together Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco. In this harvest, the blend includes all the grapes normally destined for Rosso del Gnemiz, together with a component from Buri Bellaria. The name Pupillo, previously used by the family, is revived for harvests interpreted in a more immediately accessible style. The 2023 profile is supple and approachable, intended to show its character without extended ageing. The wine comes from the Colli Orientali setting, within the work of Serena Palazzolo and her family.
