Rosset Terroir’s Sopraquota 900 is a white wine made from 100% Petite Arvine grown in Cumiod (Villeneuve) at 880–925 m elevation. The harvest is divided into four lots that are aged separately—in amphora, orcio, barrique and stainless steel—and blended after about 12 months. It offers a fresh, vertical and saline profile with floral and citrus aromas and good persistence.
