Description

Ruffino’s Modus Primo 2021 is a Toscana IGT red produced at the Tenute Ruffino estates using grapes from the Poggio Casciano vineyards. It is a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for about 18 months in French oak barriques. The wine shows concentrated fruit, structured tannins and toasty notes from oak maturation. It pairs well with red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
