Description

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs centres on Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vallée de la Vesle. The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation. The house describes ripe lemon, pear and peach alongside white flowers, ginger and pink peppercorn. On the palate, a sense of tension meets rounded texture before a delicate, sustained finish. Fish and seafood are the producer’s suggested partners, bringing this Chardonnay cuvée to the table through its combination of freshness and breadth.
