Description

Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the house’s most ambitious vintage interpretation of Chardonnay. The selection focuses on Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, assembling a mosaic of origins that brings out the grape’s different expressions. The fruit is harvested by hand, with vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel and malolactic fermentation. Extended ageing on lees follows, forming an essential part of the cuvée’s identity. Chardonnay’s freshness meets the depth acquired through time in a wine whose character remains closely connected to the harvest stated on its label.
