Ruinart Rosé combines Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims with Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. Hand-picked grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The house describes coral shades and a bouquet joining pomegranate, lychee, guava, rose and small red berries, with touches of spice. Freshness and rounded texture accompany a delicate structure, while the finish suggests mint and pink grapefruit. Recommended pairings range from oily fish and shellfish to charcuterie and duck, reflecting the cuvée’s generous yet fresh character.
