Ruinart Blanc de Blancs places Chardonnay at the heart of the house’s identity, bringing together grapes from different parts of Champagne. The Côte des Blancs is joined by the Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vesle valley, while reserve wines contribute to continuity of style. Stainless-steel vinification and malolactic fermentation precede maturation on lees. The house describes citrus, white-fleshed fruit and floral aromas, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. The palate combines roundness with tension, retaining a bright freshness that carries through the wine’s development and gives shape to its supple texture.
