Ruinart Rosé brings together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with part of the latter vinified as red wine. Its origins encompass the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Marne valley, while reserve wines help maintain the house’s recognisable style. Stainless-steel fermentation, malolactic conversion and time on lees contribute to the cuvée’s construction. Ruinart describes a profile combining red fruits, exotic accents and floral notes. On the palate, roundness and freshness support a delicate structure, finishing with a lively pink-grapefruit nuance that lends definition to the generous expression of fruit.
