Description

A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Sadi Malot, grown in the Verzy lieu-dit of the Montagne de Reims and released as an Extra Brut vintage. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from a single site, with fermentation and élevage carried out in concrete egg vessels and an extended period on the lees before release. The bottling is intended to showcase the mineral character of Verzy and the varietal clarity of Chardonnay.
