Zéro Liqueur is a Brut Nature cuvée from Champagne Sadi Malot, sourced in Villers-Marmery in the Montagne de Reims. It is a blanc de blancs made from 100% Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel and aged 36 months on the lees. The cuvée is assembled with a portion of reserve wines and shows a very low dosage (Brut Nature). It pairs well with shellfish and raw fish preparations.
