Clair Obscur Brut Nature is a Champagne cuvée from Salima et Alain Cordeuil, produced in the Côte des Bar (Noé-les-Mallets). Made with a natural approach and organic viticulture, with spontaneous fermentations and extended lees ageing, it shows white fruit and toasted notes with a mineral, saline frame and a focused, concentrated profile.
