The 2021 “La Cerbaiola” Brunello di Montalcino from Salvioni is a DOCG red wine produced by the family-run Salvioni estate in Montalcino. It is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on the estate and belongs to the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG appellation. It is the estate’s flagship label and is produced in limited quantities.
