Salvioni’s La Cerbaiola Rosso di Montalcino 2024 is a Rosso di Montalcino DOC from vineyards around Montalcino. Made from 100% Sangiovese, it is fermented in stainless steel with spontaneous yeasts and matured in Slavonian oak casks for about 12 months. Bright ruby in color, it shows cherry and ripe red-fruit aromas and a structured palate with refined tannins.
