Description

Little Wine N.11 is a non-vintage red made from 100% Syrah sourced from the Hoffmann‑Dallwitz vineyard (Ebenezer) in the Barossa Valley. The assemblage draws on vines of varying ages and multiple vintages to balance fruit intensity and depth, with native whole-cluster (carbonic) fermentation and 16–27 days of skin contact. Aged in 228 L pièces for variable periods (6–78 months, 20% new), it displays concentrated dark fruit, spicy accents and fine-grained tannins leading to a long finish.
