Description

The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Poggio Rosso 2020 from San Felice is a single-vineyard red from Poggio Rosso (Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena). Made from 100% Sangiovese sourced from selected clones in the Poggio Rosso vineyard, it is fermented on the skins with malolactic conversion and aged for roughly 20 months in 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing. Produced in limited quantities, it represents the estate’s concentrated expression of its terroir.
