Description

San Filippo’s Le Lucere 2019 is a Brunello di Montalcino Riserva made from Sangiovese grapes grown on the east-facing slopes of Montalcino. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged first in barriques and tonneaux, then in large oak casks, followed by bottle aging. Aromas of Morello cherry and spices lead to a structured, rounded palate with dense, silky tannins and a persistent finish.
