Description
La Ricolma is a Tuscan red from San Giusto a Rentennano made entirely from Merlot grapes grown in the estate vineyards near Gaiole in Chianti. After fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, the wine is aged approximately 20–22 months in French oak barriques and then further matured in bottle. It offers a full-bodied style with ripe red fruit, subtle spice notes and rounded tannins.
