Description

The 2020 Brunello di Montalcino from the San Polo estate (Marilisa Allegrini group) is a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes. The fruit was harvested in late September 2020; the wine matures for about 30 months in large-format oak casks and then rests at least 6 months in bottle before release. It reflects the Montalcino terroir of the San Polo estate and is suitable for further aging.
