Saronsberg Cellar’s Full Circle 2021 is a Rhône-style red blend from the Tulbagh ward in the Western Cape. The wine is built mainly around Syrah with Grenache and Mourvèdre and small additions of Roussanne and Viognier, and it is matured in oak prior to bottling. It shows firm tannic structure with ripe red-fruit and spice notes typical of an oak-aged Syrah-led blend.
