Description

M pays tribute to Schiopetto's founder and the territory of Capriva del Friuli. It comes from old Friulano vines planted by the Gorizia Curia in 1954, together with a small proportion of Riesling, on the property's southern slope. Marl soils and grape selection form the foundation of this leading estate interpretation. Vinification and maturation take place in stainless steel, followed by a period in bottle. The project combines Friulano's local expression with Riesling's precision, keeping the vineyard's history and the stylistic exploration begun by Mario at the centre of the wine.
