The Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Auslese “Rosalack” 2015 is a sweet Auslese produced from the single vineyard Schloss Johannisberg in the Rheingau. Made from 100% Riesling, it belongs to the estate’s sweet-tier bottlings and shows the balance of sweetness and lively acidity typical of Johannisberg Auslesen. Aromas and flavours include ripe yellow fruit and lightly candied citrus, supported by a mineral thread that underpins the wine’s structure.
