Scrimaglio’s 2020 Barolo is a red Barolo DOCG from Piedmont, made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes. Winemaking includes long skin maceration and a minimum of two years’ ageing in large oak casks, followed by extended bottle ageing. It is a structured wine intended to pair with rich meat dishes and aged cheeses.
