Description

Secondo Marco's 2016 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a full-bodied, structured red from the Valpolicella Classica. It is made from native grapes (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella) that undergo drying (appassimento) before fermentation. Extended barrel aging adds aromatic complexity and structural depth. The 2016 vintage was released after an appropriate period of cellar maturation.
