Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Heredad is a Cava from the Heredad Segura Viudas estate in the Penedès (Torrelavit) region. The blend is 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay; the wine is vinified in separate lots and aged on the lees for a minimum of 15 months, with a declared dosage of 9 g/l. Aromas reflect lees aging (brioche, honey) while the palate is elegant, fruity and well balanced.
