Description

The Sextant Bourgogne Blanc 2021 is a white Bourgogne AOC produced by Julien Altaber (Sextant) from Chardonnay grapes. Fruit for this cuvée comes from plots in the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise, with certified organic farming and a transparent négoce approach. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the wine is matured in oak barrels for about 12 months, following a low-intervention winemaking style.
