Shaw and Smith Lenswood Vineyard Chardonnay is a white wine from the Lenswood subzone of the Adelaide Hills in Australia. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it shows bright acidity with stone-fruit and white-apple characters, a pronounced saline minerality and subtle nutty-toasty nuances. Fermentation and ageing in French oak puncheons add texture and structure while maintaining fruit purity and freshness.
