Description

Finca Romeu belongs to the series of single-vineyard wines through which Sílice Viticultores celebrates old vines in the Ribeira Sacra landscape. The cuvée comes from the recovery of historic parcels where growing grapes requires particularly demanding work. The project follows a restrained approach in the cellar, allowing the raw material to speak: for the Finca series, the importer documents whole-bunch vinification and maturation in small, used barrels, followed by further rest in bottle. Romeu offers a closely focused interpretation of Galicia, built around one vineyard and the continuity of traditional practices.
