Description

Ograde 2022 is Skerk’s skin-contact white wine from the Trieste Karst, classified as Venezia Giulia IGT. It combines equal proportions of Vitovska, Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. Spontaneous fermentation with skin contact, followed by wood ageing, defines its orange-wine style. This is an interpretation of white wine centred on maceration, with all four varieties contributing to the identity of the bottling.
