Description

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from Società Agricola Il Sasso, produced in the Valpolicella Classica area (Negrar). The blend uses Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, with grapes dried naturally for up to about four months. The wine is aged without oak — rested for at least two years in ceramic vessels. It shows a concentrated structure with an aromatic profile focused on ripe red fruit and spicy notes.
