The Sordo Barolo Parussi 2018 is a Barolo DOCG from the Parussi cru in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont. Made from 100% Nebbiolo and matured in large oak (Sordo indicates about 24 months in Slavonian oak), it shows a structured profile with pronounced tannins and an aromatic range that includes ripe fruit, spice and ethereal notes. Serve at 16–18°C.
