Sordo’s Barolo Ravera 2019 is a Barolo DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from the Ravera cru in the commune of Novello. The bouquet shows ripe red fruit, floral hints and earthy, spicy notes; on the palate it is structured with pronounced yet balanced tannins and lasting persistence. It ages roughly 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by stainless steel and bottle rest.
