Description

Sottimano’s Barbaresco Basarin is a Barbaresco DOCG made from Nebbiolo fruit sourced in the Basarin cru of Neive. Aromas of balsamic herbs and spice combine with floral notes and wild fruit, while the palate is supported by long, silky tannins. The wine is produced with spontaneous fermentation, extended maceration and maturation in wood, followed by additional bottle ageing to reach full expression.
