Description

Barbaresco Pajoré is a Nebbiolo from Treiso bottled under the Barbaresco DOCG, offering spicy and tobacco-tinged aromas together with cherry and mint notes. On the palate it shows generous structure, well-defined tannins and a savory, balsamic finish. Vinification includes spontaneous fermentation, extended maceration with a submerged cap and maturation in wood, followed by additional bottle aging.
