Description
Patrick Soutiran’s Précieuse d’Argent is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from Chardonnay grown in Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. This vintage cuvée therefore gives the white grape an interpretation of the area, within a range that also includes Pinot Noir and blends. The family business was established in 1971 by Patrick, continuing his father Gérard’s work. Today Estelle and Fabrice tend the vineyards and make the wines themselves. Its Ambonnay origin and exclusive use of Chardonnay define the identity of this bottling.
