Description
Patrick Soutiran’s Zero Dosage is a Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from Pinot Noir grown in Ambonnay. Grapes are selected from the higher hillside sections of the family vineyards. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation completed, while the blend also includes reserve wines. After extended bottle ageing on the lees, disgorgement is followed by topping up with reserve wine, without a sugar dosage. The profile highlights Pinot Noir fruit, with a structured entry and pronounced persistence across the palate.
