Description

The 2021 FAY from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the FAY Vineyard in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley. It offers fragrant aromas of boysenberry, Bing cherry, strawberry preserves, subtle spice and floral hints. On the palate it delivers elegant structure, silky tannins and a long finish, supported by rich texture from oak ageing.
