Description

The 2021 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is a single‑vineyard wine made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the S.L.V. vineyard in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley. Aged 21 months in new French oak, it is full-bodied with an alcohol level around 14.8%. Aromas of black currant, mocha and fig lead to a dense, tannic palate with concentrated dark-fruit flavors and a long finish featuring dark chocolate and blackberry reduction.
