Description

Morillon from Stefan Robitsch & Valentina Dietrich is a white wine from Vulkanland Steiermark (Styria) made from the local name for Chardonnay. Winemaking follows a low-intervention philosophy: whole-bunch direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur additions. The wine typically shows citrus and green apple aromas combined with clear volcanic minerality, an elegant structure and a saline finish. It is generally bottled unfined and unfiltered to maintain texture and terroir expression.
