Bacia 2019 comes from Stella di Campalto's work with Sangiovese at the San Giuseppe estate in Montalcino. Parcels are harvested and vinified separately, allowing their differences to guide the composition of the individual wines. Gravity handling and restrained intervention shape the cellar approach, with fermentation and subsequent maturation in wood. Bacia 2019 spent thirty-four months maturing in wood and at least twenty-nine months in bottle. The producer highlights floral notes and an airy grace in this Brunello, whose identity develops through attention to the vineyards and a patient approach to release.
