Description

Choltempo Fiorello is a non-vintage Tuscan red (Toscana IGT) from Stella di Campalto. Made primarily from Sangiovese and produced as a declassified blend from estate lots, it undergoes native fermentations and ageing in neutral vessels and used barriques. The nose shows red berries, floral notes and gentle spice; the palate is fresh, medium-bodied and finishes with a salty, Mediterranean lift. It represents a terroir-driven expression from the Montalcino area suitable for relaxed, everyday drinking.
