Description

Lydien N° 80 from Stéphane Regnault is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the 'Le Chemin de Flavigny' parcel in Oger (Grand Cru). The cuvée is fermented spontaneously, includes some barrel aging, and uses reserve wines (2014–2017) with a base harvest of 2018; the stated dosage is 1 g/L. Produced in a limited edition (about 2,650 bottles), it is presented as expressive, fresh and mineral-driven, reflecting extended lees ageing.
