Mixolydien n° 99 by Stéphane Regnault is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from the 'Le Moulin' parcel in Oger, made from 100% Chardonnay. It is presented as an Extra Brut cuvée (dosage 1 g/L), bottled in July 2020 and disgorged in February 2023, with a stated production of 1,467 bottles. Winemaking includes spontaneous fermentations and a portion of reserve wines.
