Liva is a white wine made entirely from the Solaris grape grown on Fyn. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged in used oak barrels; a small portion of the fruit (about 5–7%) is affected by botrytis, adding extra aromatic complexity. Aromas include elderflower, ripe yellow fruit and honeyed notes, while the palate is marked by fresh acidity and a rounded, soft texture.
