A single-variety white wine from Garganega grown in Suavia’s historic Fittà vineyards on volcanic, basaltic soils. The bouquet offers citrus tones with subtle sulphurous and smoky hints; the palate is long, saline and finishes with almond notes. Fermentation and ageing are carried out in stainless steel, with about 12 months on fine lees and no malolactic fermentation.
