Description

Sun Giorgio Bianco comes from vineyards beneath the small church of San Giorgio at Brazzano, in the Gorizia area. The blend brings together Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla and Riesling with an indigenous variety, grown on soils of marl and sandstone of Eocene origin. Its aromatic profile includes flowers, white-fleshed fruit, stone fruit and hints of aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh, full and harmonious, with a soft, savoury finish. The label depicts Saint George and the dragon: the red sphere in the dragon’s mouth evokes the sun and explains the choice of the name Sun.
