Description

Aux Reignots comes from a small Pinot Noir parcel planted in 1997, part of the mosaic of Vosne-Romanée Premier Crus worked by Sylvain Cathiard. The vineyard is tended with sustainable and organic practices. After destemming, the grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration; fermentation develops with indigenous yeasts, followed by maturation in oak barrels. Bottling takes place without fining or filtration. This cuvée offers a tightly focused interpretation of Aux Reignots, in which the small scale of the holding and the continuity of the family's work remain central to its identity.
