Peaux 2022 by Sylvie Augereau is a white wine made from Chenin grapes grown on century-old vines around Le Thoureil in Anjou, in the Loire Valley. The wine is vinified with skin contact in Georgian amphorae (kvevri) and is produced using organic/biodynamic practices, with some bottlings made without added sulphites.
